Learning Support at OIS

The diversity of our students is a source of pride. As an IB World School, OIS embraces families of different cultures and languages. We are also becoming more aware of a diversity of learning needs at our school, and we celebrate that as well. John Van Plantinga is our learning support / inclusion coordinator and he works with students, faculty and parents to address the wide range of abilities, language challenges and learning difficulties found in our students. Using the learning lab/enrichment center as a base, Mr. Van Plantinga enthusiastically reaches out to students. The video above describes some of the services we provide our students.
